Sanitas Primero - basic cover
Access to;
- all doctors, Sanitas and associated centres. You present your Sanitas card when you visit any of the 27,200 professionals / 517 medical centres in Spain. In the Sanitas network this includes all doctors, all operations, reimbursement of some expenses (dental, chemist)
- consultations, diagnostic tests and therapeutic methods. Medical specialists, diagnostic tests, therapeutical methods and surgical operations. (In the Sanitas Millenium Centres you can organise all of your diagnostic tests and consultations in the same centres, which have the latest technologies. Also of note: the Sanitas hospitals at La Zarzuela and La Moraleja, Madrid. In many other centres you have preferential treatment as a Sanitas member)
- outpatient operations (ie those that don't involve admission to hospital, but if you need hospitalisation, you have the option of contributing to the cost of hospitalisation at a special rate)
