(1) Important public responsabilities: Head of Government, Minister, Secretary or Subsecretary of State, Member of Parliament, magistrate or attorney general, or those in constitutional coursts or other legal bodies whose decisions don't allow for appeal, members of the General Accounting Office or or Central Bank boards, Ambassador and business representatives, senior military personnel from the armed forces and members of boards of companies, managers or supervisors of publicly owned companies.
(2) Close family member: spouse or person with whom there is a stable affectionate relationship, parents and children and those spouses or people who have a stable, affectionate relationship with the children
(3) Person with whom there is close collaboration: physical person who appears as the co-owner or controller of the means or legal body along with people who carry out or have carried out important public functions, or maintains other kinds of close business relationships with those people, or owns or controls a legal body that benefits those people.
